A wine that thanks to the presence of Trebbiano acquires a pleasant robust taste while its small and gentle bubbles make it suitable for both an aperitif and a whole meal. A really intriguing fresh and dry flavor. The sparkling cycle sees three months of aging in bottle with a residual sugar of 12gr per liter.
